The Relationship Manager will be responsible for assisting new and existing loan customers with all lending needs, including determining credit worthiness, profitability, and risk of loan requests. Additional responsibilities will include collection activities on loans as needed, ability to make credit decisions to approve or decline loans within authorized credit limits, interview applicants who are interested in obtaining credit for commercial/ag loans, the Relationship Manager must have the ability to analyze borrowers’ financial information and credit risk, the Relationship Manager will maintain all loan documentation, develop new business, and expand existing relationships. The Relationship Manager will maintain confidentiality and participate in community activities outside of the bank. Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone, e-mail, fax, correspondence, or in person.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Ag, Business, or related field. Previous banking experience preferred. Strong Ag background is required.
