The Branch Manager will participate in civic and community activities to generate visibility for the bank. The Branch Manager will develop and motivate staff to meet required performance levels.

The Branch Manager will provide counsel and guidance for their subordinates in the exercise of their assigned duties. The Branch Manager will manage all branch retail functions, ensuring its maintenance and compliance with the Bank’s established policies and procedures. The Branch Manager will ensure that all staff training is completed within the assigned timeframes. The Branch Manager will work closely with the appropriate staff for the effective onboarding and offboarding of team members. The Branch Manager will maintain physical property and equipment while ensuring observance of established security procedures. The Branch Manager will ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained while running cost-effective operations. The Branch Manager will prepare various operating reports as directed. In addition, there may be various other duties as assigned.
Experience in retail banking operations and functions. Experience in credit and lending functions. Prior supervisory experience. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, preferred. Professional and polished demeanor. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
